Other things to note

We have a strict policy for check-ins & check-outs ($50 for late checkouts and any check-ins outside of our 4PM to 11PM window)

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. (A $500 smoke removal fee will be charged once the guest smokes)

Any alterations to the reservation need to be made before 12 hours of check-out. Any alterations to the reservations will result in a fee equal to the cleaning fee.

Under no circumstances are parties and/or events allowed in the suite. Violation could result in the cancellation of your stay with no refund and/or $1000 fee.

Only registered guests are allowed in the suite. There is a charge of $100 per unregistered guest above max capacity.

We do not allow smoking/vaping or any illegal drugs in the suite.

This is a pet-free suite. Violation of this rule is subject to fines that we do not wish to pass on to our guests.

We have the right to refuse any guest, including but not limited to instant bookings

Instant bookings under 5-Stars are subject to deposits

We may ask for ID for security
