Other things to note

We have a strict policy for check-ins & check-outs ($50 for late checkouts and any check-ins outside of our 4PM to 11PM window)

To obtain access to the Airbnb you will be required to access a lock box in an adjacent building.

Some guests will be subject to a deposit based on rating and past reviews. We reserve the right to cancel a guest reservation in the case they instant book & don’t meet our rating requirements.

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. (A $500 smoke removal fee will be charged once the guest smokes)

Any alterations to the reservation need to be made before 12 hours of check-out. Any alterations to the reservations will result in a fee equal to the cleaning fee.

Under no circumstances are parties and/or events allowed in the suite. Violation could result in the cancellation of your stay with no refund and/or $1000 fee.

Only registered guests are allowed in the suite. There is a charge of $100 per unregistered guest above max capacity.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
